What happens after my free trial?

After the 15 day trial period, you will be given the option to subscribe to one of plans. We can, alternatively, discuss any custom plan requirements. If you do not wish to choose a plan, your account will automatically expire.

How long are the contracts?

Recruiting Smartly is a pay as you use services, which is billed on monthly or annual basis based on the plan you chose. There are no long term contracts.

How do I pay?

You can pay using any major credit, debit card; bank account through our secure payment gateway at any time during your trial period or even after it expires. No credit card information is required during your trial period.

How do I change my current plan?

The admin has a host of options available to him at all times- to upgrade plan, add recruiters, change recruiter rights, etc. For any changes, log in or ask your administrator to make necessary changes.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel any plan that you have chosen at any time through the admin panel, without incurring any extra fees. We do not offer refunds on your current subscription. Should you wish to cancel it, it will terminate at the end of current bill period.
On cancellation of the plan, you can write to us, and we can extract the data and send it to your registered mail ID in a CSV format.

Will you cancel the billing for deactivated users automatically?

No, you will have to downgrade or cancel it manually. Till then they will be billed.

Is my data safe and secure?

Yes, it is our priority to ensure and keep all your personal information and content safe and secure. We use a series of advanced technological services to keep your entire information safe through regular backups too.
